How to Play Dev Puzzle

Dev Puzzle is a daily word guessing game built for developers, gamers, and puzzle fans. Each day you get a new word to guess — based on real technical or game-development terms.

Objective

Your goal is to correctly guess the hidden word within 6 attempts. Words vary in length and difficulty based on the selected mode:

• Easy: Short and common dev-related terms
• Medium: Slightly longer words like "FUNCTION" or "DATABASE"
• Hard: Advanced terms like "POLYMORPHISM" or "VIRTUALIZATION"

How It Works

1. Type your guess using the keyboard or on-screen buttons.
2. Press Enter to submit your guess.
3. After each guess, the game will give you feedback:
   • Green: Correct letter, correct position
   • Yellow: Correct letter, wrong position
   • Gray: Letter not in the word
4. You have 6 tries to guess the word correctly.

Daily Challenge

Each difficulty has a unique word that resets every morning and afternoon. Everyone plays the same word in each difficulty.
